d) 單位成立時間不少于6個月；

a) 正式員工不少于8人，其中具有專業(yè)技術(shù)職稱的人員比例不少于50人；

b) 有林業(yè) 初級以上技術(shù)人員不少于5人，其中具有林業(yè)工程師資格的正式職工不少于1人；
